Downloading spend statements
Overview
Spend statements are a PDF report, similar to an expense report PDF, that list the spend details based on a group of receipts.
Custom spend statements
Navigate to the Receipts page and apply any filters (if necessary) to generate the required receipt data.
Click on the cloud download icon on the right-hand side of the tool bar, and then select Export PDF statement from the dropdown list.
Customise the settings for your statement, and if you're generating the statement from your inbox, you can also choose to automatically archive all receipts in the table when you download the statement.
The report lists the details and sum of the receipt amounts. When file sharing is turned on, the receipt ID in the pdf is a clickable link which allows anyone to view the read-only receipt file (image or PDF).
Report statements
A number of reports located under the Reporting section have the ability to generate spend statements.
Run the report, and on the right-hand side of the selected report row, click the cog icon and then click Download statement from the dropdown list.
Customise the settings for your statement and click Download.
